Halcyon were proud to be appointed again in 2011 to carry out extensive ornamental repairs and bespoke details to this beautiful and historic building when it was again transformed to its current state. read more

Halcyon carried out extensive restoration throughout the building and worked in conjunction with Graven Images designers to create bespoke details such as the opulent acanthus leaf laden gantry in the Boutique Bar and the complete plaster relief fitted in the Tellers Bar as well as numerous cornice and moulding details created using original Georgian and Victorian enrichments fitted to all the main rooms of the building.

In the gallery above you can see a very small sample of the extensive cornice repairs, cornice restoration and design carried out to the Corinthian Club in Glasgow’s Ingram St. Every piece of cornice work and plaster ornamentation carried out to this sumptuous building was bespoke. The Fantastic plaster acanthus leaf gantry in the Boutique Bar is different from anything else you will see anywhere! created in our Glasgow workshop and fitted by our expert craftsmen the attention to detail and workmanship is a fine testament to our team of Glasgow plasterers.
